Been doing less insane workouts and having more fun.. been eating when I’m hungry and allowing myself to eat what I want in moderation. Thought I was going to be sad after I step on the scale… but in reality I haven’t gained ANYTHING during the last month. I’ve actually LOST a pound and a half. Not an amazing loss but for not reallt trying ill take it.
I feel much better going into this plan to lose 15 by November 20th
